Starting as a clerk with E.F. Hutton over twenty-seven years ago, Joyce’s career in the financial services industry includes time spent as Operations Manager for First Albany Corporation in New Hampshire, as Brokerage Services Manager in the Phoenix Headquarters of Sun America Securities, and eight years as Client Services Director for another Scottsdale advisory firm, before joining Jay R. Penney, LLC in 2006. Joyce maintains the Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses from FINRA.

Joyce is responsible for providing top-notch service to the firm’s clients, and managing the day-to-day back office operations of the firm. She is a mother to a grown son and daughter, and she has a passion for mentoring youth through the New Pathways for Youth Foundation.
