As an Associate and Investment Portfolio Analyst, Jared provides investment analysis and portfolio strategy solutions to clients of the Confluence Private Wealth Team at Ashton Thomas.

Prior to entering the financial field, Jared was an active-duty enlisted member of the United States Air Force, where he served for eight years. After his discharge from service, Jared attended the University of Denver, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and a Master of Science in applied quantitative finance.

After graduating, he was a financial analyst for Angi (formerly Angie’s List), where he was responsible for forecasting and reporting key performance indicators. Jared subsequently joined WealthSource Partners as an investment analyst in January 2023. He joined Ashton Thomas with the Confluence Team in February 2024.

Jared enjoys interacting with clients, particularly distilling complex ideas into digestible take-aways. When he is not at work, Jared can be found hiking, fishing, hunting, or mountain biking with his wife.
