Ms. Garcia brings over two decades of industry experience to Ashton Thomas. As our Chief Compliance Officer, she is responsible for overseeing and managing compliance issues within our organization, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies and procedures. In Operations, she also manages the continuous improvement of processes and procedures as well as working to reduce operational risks while supporting compliance and regulatory requirements. Prior to joining Ashton Thomas, Ms. Garcia worked with GenSpring Family Offices, LLC as a Senior Portfolio Associate where she developed and maintained the relationships with both private and institutional clients in ensuring that their needs were met, and financial goals ultimately surpassed.
