Suzanne joined Ashton Thomas Private Wealth in January 2022 and serves as Senior Accountant, supporting the operations of the firm and its advisors. Previously, she was Associate Principal Examiner with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Originally from New York, Suzanne moved to Arizona in 2021. She launched her career in financial services at Shearson Lehman Brothers, Suzanne then worked as an auditor for KPMG and Deloitte. Subsequently, she became Director of Operations and Controller at two Registered Investment Advisory firms, respectively. After working at Concept Capital LLC in Garden City, NY, as a Vice President of Accounting, Suzanne became an instructor for Hofstra University’s Continuing Education Bookkeeping Certificate Program from 2020-2021.
Suzanne is a graduate of St. John’s University, a CPA, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and an MBA in Accounting. She became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1991 and holds the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) designation, as well. She has been active in various community organizations, previously serving as a board member for East Williston Summer Recreation Corporation and East Williston Creative Arts Workshop Inc.
Suzanne resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, and has four children. She enjoys yoga, biking, hiking, and exploring the desert Southwest.
