Jennifer Beals
Director of Operations
Jennifer Beals brings over 25 years of experience in the wealth management industry to her role as Director of Operations at Ashton Thomas. Most recently, she used her expertise and leadership skills to manage a team during the integration of two of the industry’s largest custodians: Schwab and TD Ameritrade.
Jennifer has a proven track record of exceeding client and advisor expectations by developing innovative solutions and fostering a collaborative environment that empowers success.
“I was always good with numbers and money, so financial services was a goodfit,” Jennifer said. “I truly care about clients and advisors and helping them reach whatever goals they have.”
Born in Chicago, she was raised by a large and close-knit family in sunny Phoenix. When the opportunity arises, she loves visiting her brother and his wife in Hawaii and connecting with extended family scattered across the country (many of whom still reside in her hometown
of Phoenix).
Jennifer attended Arizona State University, where she fell in love with college football – a hobby she is still passionate about to this day. Outside of the office, she enjoys having a nice glass of wine, reading a good book, riding her ATVs, and spending time with family and friends.
