Hailee's professional journey in the financial services industry began with Wells Fargo, later transitioning to JPMorgan Chase. Her approach to wealth management is grounded in a genuine passion for problem-solving and a deep desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those she serves.

A native of the Seattle area, Hailee’s love for the outdoors and active lifestyle is integral to her personal and professional life. After meeting her husband, Mark, at Colorado Mesa University in 2012, Hailee moved to the Daytona Beach, FL area, where they enjoyed years of boating, beach life, and building a strong connection to their community. In 2022, the family returned to Grand Junction, CO, to be closer to family, embrace all four seasons, and reconnect with the beauty of the mountains. Hailee enjoys hiking, mountain biking, camping, and snowboarding with her family, and looks forward to exploring all the Western Slope of Colorado has to offer alongside their new addition, a son born in January 2025.

In addition to her professional work, Hailee is passionate about supporting organizations that protect and promote the natural beauty of Colorado, including the Colorado Canyons Association, Colorado National Monument Association, and the Colorado Plateau Mountain Bike Trail Association.
