With over 20 years of experience in strategic investment optimization, asset allocation, and portfolio construction and implementation, Jon serves as Chief Investment Strategist, with a focus on portfolio construction, risk optimization, and strategy implementation for wealth advisors and their clients.

Jon’s extensive experience collaborating with advisory teams, investment committees, board members, and senior executives enables him to align investment strategies with each organization’s mission and goals. His innovative, efficient approach has been adopted by institutional investors, hedge funds, and investment offices across the financial industry. His contributions have focused on methods for recognizing the potential to improve returns while optimizing efficiency and reducing behavioral bias.

Jon also serves as Chief Investment Strategist of Arax Investment Partners and Managing Partner at Quantum Portfolio Management and at Index Technologies Group, which are both portfolio companies of Arax Investment Partners. Prior to Arax, Jon was a quantitative analyst, then portfolio manager at Prudential Securities, where he worked to develop the firm’s efforts to incorporate technology into their investment strategies. At J.P. Morgan Securities and subsequently at Alex. Brown, Jon supported institutional clients in enhancing portfolio efficiency by leveraging quantitative research, tactical asset allocation, and alternative investments. He developed the Reliability and Efficiency Ratios that scrutinizes data to score investment solutions based on the most important metrics.
