Joseph Lanzisera is an accomplished financial professional and entrepreneur with a rich background in accounting, systems management, and investment strategies. Originally from Long Island, New York, Joseph’s journey began in the 1960s when he attended the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Throughout his college years, he demonstrated his athleticism by actively participating in baseball and wrestling, passions he continued to pursue during his time at RIT.

Following his graduation in 1964, Joseph married his wife, Ann, and returned to Long Island, where they raised their family. Together, they have four daughters, nine grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. His family has been a central part of his life, with a strong emphasis on family values and relationships, which he also carries into his business endeavors.

Joseph’s career spans several decades, beginning with his work at Grumman Aircraft, followed by a role at Blue Cross Blue Shield of New York, where he served as the Director of Systems and Programming in the IT department. In 1978, Joseph co-founded Excel Securities & Associates, Inc. (now Ashton Thomas Securities LLC), an investment firm where he has leveraged his extensive financial and investment training to build a successful, family-oriented business.

With a focus on both financial success and family growth, Joseph has taken pride in having 10 of his family members actively involved in the business. His "why" lies in the joy of growing the business alongside his loved ones, creating a lasting legacy for future generations. While his professional life has been fulfilling, Joseph also enjoys leisure time spent boating and engaging in water sports.
